Antoine Garrett is a professional certified coach, keynote speaker, and trainer. Antoine has
an unmatched zeal for coaching. Antoine continues to fulfill his calling to empower, while
educating others about the untapped potential hidden within. Antoine’s message of
empowerment has allowed him to travel throughout the United States, and work with
individuals, groups, non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 Company executives.
His coaching style is governed by a few simple concepts of accountability, honesty and
empowerment. "I empower my clients to immediately assess their situation, acknowledge
their successes, and adjust their thinking to create new opportunities".
Antoine is a lifelong learner. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hampton
University. He received his Professional Coaching Certification from Institute for Professional
Empowerment Coaching (IPEC). He worked for over 10 years in Social Services and
education and during that time became a Crisis Intervention trainer and Character Education
Curriculum Trainer.
His warm spirit and effective methods have allowed Antoine to work with a plethora of
clients. Antoine has partnered with youth groups, clergy, and several authors. Antoine has
been a speaker/trainer at Rutgers University, State Farm Insurance Company, Hunter
College, and Seton Hall Preparatory High School Antoine has created two groundbreaking
programs to meet the needs of youth and young adults: The Empower University© College
Coaching program and The Empower Youth© Teen program. Antoine has partnered with the
ABC’s of Life, Inc. and SillyWomen to provide life changing programs and conferences
throughout the United States.
His close friends believe his best gifts are his intelligence and his ability to be calm under
pressure.
